Q: When will my order ship? 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5pm CST will be processed in 1-7 business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm will be fulfilled the following Monday.

* TUMBLER ORDERS * can anywhere from 1-2 weeks to fulfill depending on demand. Our tumblers are handmade and made with care to ensure you receive the best quality product ❤️

 

Q: What if my package is lost in transit or not delivered?

Please reach out to USPS or the specified carrier and file a claim. If you need additional documents to submit we will be happy to assist. Please contact support@chibiservin.com

Q: What if my package was damaged during transit?

While we ensure we have the best packaging to prevent damages during transit we understand stuff happens. So don't worry we will be happy to offer a refund or a replacement for you. Please contact support@chibiservin.com within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof of damage so we can assist.
